Current Activities
My work over the last several years has involved designing and building spatial databases for geologic maps and mineral resource assessments for use in geographic information systems (GIS). I have managed the Western Region Databases and Information Analysis project for the Minerals Program since 1997. My current work has focused on collaborative efforts with the Global Mineral Resource Assessment project, especially with respect to potash and platinum-group element assessments.
