Nevada is the sole producer of lithium carbonate and magnesite, leads in barite, gold, diatomite, and produces aggregates, attapulgite, bentonite, cement, copper, dimension stone, gemstones, gypsum, kaolin, lime, molybdenum, perlite, silver, and salt
