Eastern Mineral and Environmental Resources Science Center
This task will investigate fundamental tectonic and paleoclimatic controls of critical mineral deposit formation. The approach is to use global plate reconstructions to fit deposits of selected, high-priority elements into their broad context. Collaborators: Drs. Dergei Pisarevsky and Stave Gardoll.
