How do I download a docket?

The "docket links" item in the menu bar above provides quick access to tables containing links to the scans. Note the file size next to the property name. To download a scan simply select the link in the property name column. Download times for large files will vary based on internet connection speed, network traffic, and computer processor speed. The file size of a scanned docket varies from less than 1MB to nearly 500MB, based on the amount of information contained in the original docket and how many (if any) oversized maps are included in the scan. The collection was scanned utilizing Optical Character Recognition (when possible) and converted into Portable Document Format (.pdf) files which require Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing.

The all dockets by number or all dockets by State pages are large and will take some time to completely load. All Docket numbers are unique, regardless of Program designation.

Utilize the "Docket links" menu above to:

View all dockets by number or by State...these pages are large and will take some time to completely load.

Select either all by number or all by State. You will be directed to a table showing an ordered list of all dockets by number or by State. The table contains hot links to the docket scans and lists the scanned file sizes. All Docket numbers are unique.

View the dockets by agency...

Select either all DMA, all DMEA, or all OME. You will be directed to a table showing an ordered list of all dockets for that Program. The table contains hot links to the docket scans and lists the scanned file sizes.

View dockets by individual State (sorted by County)...

Select the State your docket resides in (AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY). You will be directed to a table showing an ordered list of all dockets for that State, sorted by County. The table contains hot links to the docket scans and lists the scanned file size. Files with no recorded State or County information can be viewed by selecting No State ID.
